The vineyard consistently delivers outstanding Bordeaux and Rhône red varieties, reflecting the character of westside Paso Robles. Located right off of Highway 46 West, hot summer days are tempered by afternoon onshore winds creating ideal conditions for Rhône white varieties: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier.

The vineyard is farmed using organically certified materials, with a long-standing commitment to responsible and sustainable farming practices. Summerwood Vineyard is the result of a true collaboration between its vineyard and winemaking teams, bringing decades of experience and a shared commitment to producing exceptional fruit. Together with Winemaker Mauricio Morchant, and General Manager, Celeste Graebner, Vineyard Leaders Ivan Gonzales and Cole Crawford brings more than 70 years of combined wine industry experience to the care of Summerwood Vineyard. Their diverse expertise, hands on approach, and deep respect for the land are reflected in every aspect of the vineyard’s farming that consistently delivers quality, character, and expression of place. General Manager Celeste Graebner has been a part of the stewardship of the property for more than 20 years. Raised on a vineyard herself, Celeste brings an intuitive understanding of the land and the lasting impact of every farming decision.
